Abstract

Proposal for planning and design of laboratories, which will be dedicated to the maintenance and repair of equipment and instruments for measurement used in the areas of both telecommunications and power, where the companies that trade and commercialize them shall be able to carry out these tasks locally, preventing the need for sending these equipment and instruments to the corresponding foreign factories, thus saving time and money. Within the scope of these laboratories, complementary tasks that can be carried out inside are considered as well, such as the design and manufacture of elements and parts for special applications, where due to both their quantity and purpose, the foreign manufacturer wouldn’t manufacture, being obviously endorsed by them, as well such as the design and implementation of didactic devices, for trainings offered on the equipment and instruments sold to (including post-sale training) by these companies. Likewise, al these guidelines could be also applied a futures trade branches such as wáter, oil, gas, etc.
