Abstract

Today's management systems offer a competitive advantage for organizations in all sectors of the economy, ensuring that operations performance is continually improved by generating a higher level of customer satisfaction through meeting customer requirements. This degree project aims to develop a proposal for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 for the company MANTETRONIC S. A. S, through the application of methods and tools that guarantee the involvement of the interested parties, increase the efficiency of the organization and increase the degree of compliance with customer requirements. MANTETRONIC S. A. S is a company offering electrical and mechanical engineering services and the commercialisation of electromechanical equipment. With a wide experience in the repair of AC and DC motors, transformers, hoists and industrial ventilation, in medium and low voltage.
