Propuesta de pasantía para el apoyo en la elaboración de valores de referencia mediante metodología de zonas homogéneas físicas y geoeconómicas para el trazado de una línea de transmisión eléctrica, comprendida en los departamentos de Santander y Boyacá

Abstract

The following report aims to show the results obtained during the internship time by providing technical support in the determination of reference values of properties located in the departments of Boyacá and Santander for the design of a transmission line Electric. In order to carry out this work it was necessary to advance the processes of recognition and economic studies required, the different field and office technical activities were carried out to guarantee the reliability of the information, a process that has information supplied or collected throughout the Development of the internship. The information required for the elaboration of this work was the identification of the area of study in digital cartography (general and detailed), layout with shapefile format, technical specifications of the corridor (proposed width, profile, etc.), aerial photographs or orthophotos of the study area, plates or shapefile of predation of the study area and territorial planning plans of the municipalities that are affected by the layout. For the determination of the homogeneous physical zones, preliminary approval was necessary for the characterization of the same, such as, classification of soil, standard of land uses, access roads, relief or topography, water availability, economic activity of Building and prevailing extension of the properties .; In the same way for the generation of the geo-economics zones was necessary the acquisition and purification of market offers along the proposed route along with the respective technical committees for its later approval and finally the valuation of the constructions by means of budgets. Finally, the results of Physical Homogeneous Zones, Homogeneous Geo-economics Zones along with their respective market offers and constructive typologies contained in the layout of the electric transmission line.
