Apoyo técnico y pedagógico en el desarrollo industrial de emprendimientos mediante la asistencia, el uso de equipos, reactivos y materiales en laboratorios de Tecnoparque - SENA nodo Bogotá

Abstract

During this undergraduate project in the internship modality, it is possible to observe an incursion into the professional world of the chemical analysis industry, particularly in relation to the development and production of various natural and synthetic products. This report presents the results of the internship carried out at SENA’s Tecnoparque, Bogotá Node, during the second half of 2023. It describes the experience gained through professional, pedagogical, and technical support provided in the areas of chemistry and production processes to the Entrepreneurs (Talents) who are part of the Tecnoparque institution, in the industrial development of their products. During this period, activities were carried out with a focus on product development, among which the creation and production of nail polishes for aesthetic use, the production and refinement of Cayenne pepper as a food seasoning and its derivatives (such as insecticide), among others, stand out. As part of the work done at Tecnoparque, integral support was provided in the maintenance of the development laboratory, including the use and handling of instruments such as the rotary evaporator, distillers, stirrers, protein analyzers, scales, among others. User-friendly manuals were developed for these instruments to facilitate their correct use by the Talents and others who may need them. Additionally, part of the laboratory work involved the management of reagents, including their proper classification and storage.
