Resumen
In Colombia, real estate management in the planning of infrastructure projects has not always been considered as a fundamental basis for decision-making. The development of a tool that considers spatial information for the planning of the property acquisition component, in electric power transport infrastructure projects, allows knowing both the environment and the estimation of the costs of acquisition of easements at the national level. Through the implementation of several free software solutions and frameworks, the EnerGIS geoviewer was designed and launched, a web application that has proven to be beneficial for the management of geographic information, planning and cost calculation from the real estate point of view, integrating an intuitive geographic approach with business strategies for the development of Colombian infrastructure in terms of electric power transportation. In conclusion, the geoviewer is an optimal visualization and consultation alternative, which constitutes the first phase for the implementation of an even more robust and complex system: the geographic information system.
