The realization of this project focuses on analyzing the current state of the Integrated Management System (hereinafter GIS) in the Frontera Energy oil company, focused specifically on the area of Engineering and Construction Projects, collecting data about the processes that are integrated to that the GIS be efficient, positively impacting the company, generating a general concept in the three areas of the system, which consists of quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management, in order to visualize the way in which the company works around the GIS, understand how it is organized and structured in such a way that this work is largely in an investigation for learning, beyond theory, of a practical case where the development of a GIS implementation taking into account the needs of the company focused on its own objectives and reach those possible opportunities It is for improvement or suggestions to help strengthen this, or measures that provide some kind of extra benefit that directly or indirectly impact the Integrated Management System, formulating a design, plan or strategy that is constantly monitored or implemented. of new processes to follow in which benefits are generated for the area in which this project is being carried out with the opportunity to establish continuous improvement to strengthen the detection of future problems always guided by the innovation of processes to simplify and facilitate the same.
