Resumen
The objective of this research was to analyze the monitoring process carried out by the teaching directors at the IED Eduardo Santos to the programs implemented to strengthen the single day. For this purpose, the research was carried out under a qualitative methodology of an exploratory type with the objective of recognizing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the monitoring process has and the instruments that the teaching in the single day. As results, a follow-up from the pedagogical area is evidenced, evidencing an articulation with the institutional project, at the administrative level there are specific roles for the follow-up of the single day and from the operational aspect, there are spaces for socialization and follow-up by the institution for the strengthening of the single working day.
