Resumen
Since 2012, ETIB SAS has been providing its transportation service to the users of the district of Bosa. This consortium is recognized as “The best operator of the zonal system of Bogota” and today has more than 3,800 employees, where approximately 2,900 are operators; it has also been recognized as Corporate Success Stories. However, despite all the above, the operators are exposed to constant insecurity and problems that affect their well-being and mental and physical health, among which are: lack of maintenance in the buses, abundant stress due to treatment and potential aggressions from users, “colados”, fines; back, spine, hip, head, circulation, kidney, hearing, skin diseases, vertigo, etc. ETIB SAS has many operators with physical difficulties and stress load, so they have opted for a more judicious approach to their workers by assigning them annual medical visits and controls to provide support. This has also resulted in cuts in working hours and thus in operator's salary, which is detrimental to their economic stability. Surveys and forms have also been conducted on the work environment and physical health, but many operators are dissatisfied, which leads some of them to resign because they do not feel satisfied with the response of the ETIB SAS consortium to their needs. It is concluded that, even if the company has programs dedicated to the health and safety of its operators, they are not satisfied with the response of the ETIB SAS consortium to their needs. It is concluded that, even if the company has programs dedicated to protect the integrity of the worker, many of them lack a culture of self-care and prevention. For this reason, the present research proposes to make a graphic approach to ergonomics through the case of a driver, to expose and analyze the failures of the CSR and the consequences of the work environment on the mental and physical health of SITP drivers in the locality of Bosa, pointing out the main problems, guarantees and needs that are presented in the operators of the Transmilenio company, ETIB SAS in the last 4 years.
