Resumen
The zoning project for the declaration of protected area Cuchilla el Tablazo and expansion “Parque Regional Natural Vista Hermosa Monquentiva” in the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca is developed. A general characterization was made of the area under study in which the municipalities that intervene with their respective paths were described. Afterwards, the territorial dynamics were detailed through biophysical characterization, where we found variables such as climate, geology, hydrology, soils, cover, ecosystems and biomes. A socioeconomic characterization that presents the demographic aspects and tenure of the land and finally the pressures that can exist regarding hydrocarbons, mining and the growth of agricultural production borders. Consequently, a multi-temporal study of the coverages for the years 2006, 2012 and 2017 in the study areas is developed, to observe those changes that have been generated due to human intervention. A study of landscape metrics was then carried out in order to determine the heterogeneity, spatial configuration and continuity, since these indices indicate the category of the protected area to be declared for the Tablazo polygon and if they meet for the expansion of Parque Regional Natural Vista Hermosa Monquentiva. In order to obtain environmental zoning, three models were proposed in which the natural landscape, cultural landscape and pressures and threats conflicts are studied; each of these models contains variables which are assigned a weight value so that they can be integrated into a single homogeneous spatial unit. The procedure for integrating variables was carried out using the Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, through map algebra. For this it is necessary that the variables to be used are in the same reference system and cover the entire analysis area.
