This research identifies the degree of knowledge, behavior and emotions in terms of hygiene, safety and health at work in the employees of the Atacama project of the company Cinco Urbana, through the design and application of a psychometric test. Employees from the construction sector were chosen, given that it is in the top 3 of the sectors with the highest occupational mortality rate, with the aim of increasing the degree of knowledge, behavior and emotions in terms of hygiene, safety and health at work. . The results of the application of the test were analyzed on the learning models that the workers currently present, to determine the variables to intervene by dimension and component, taking into account the averages with the lowest and highest weighting. After establishing the critical points of intervention, the formulation of a comprehensive learning module on hygiene, safety and health at work was formulated, which is made up of different games which will allow the worker to develop a model of thought focused on constructivism. pedagogical based on meaningful learning. The scope of this research is the company's training program, in order for the organization's employees to improve their knowledge, emotions and behaviors, allowing the development of skills and competencies around prevention, self-care and improving differentiated but shared responsibilities in collective care. The foregoing enables continuous improvement processes to take place on health conditions, well-being, quality and work environment, materializing contributions in increased productivity that contribute to the optimization of organizational performance with the purpose of reducing accident rates, occupational disease and death.
