“El viaje musical de lyra”: Un Libro álbum para el acercamiento a la música en primera infancia

Abstract

After carrying out an investigation on different pedagogical materials that were focused on musical education, not many results were found that were related to the album book, and taking into account how important musical education is in the first years of life, it is intended to enrich these unexplored materials. The objective of this study is to promote the approach to elements of music, from visual memory and sound stimulation gathered in a book aimed at early childhood. From here arises the research question: how to create a type of book that contributes to the approach to music, or in musical initiation processes in early childhood, and in addition to that allows integrating various artistic languages? It is decided to approach the problem from quantitative and qualitative research tools that allow content analysis, the creation of analytical matrices and the identification of statistical trends in editorial production. As a result of the investigation, the musical didactic book "The Lyra's Musical Journey" is created.
