Abstract

With the purpose of improving the times in the construction and validation of the existing payrolls within the Francisco José de Caldas District University, the Systems Advisory Office is responsible for generating technological and IT solutions with students of last semester in Engineering of Sistemas, has proposed to develop the TITAN project, a payroll system created by the OAS that contains all the existing payrolls (pensioners, plant officials, teachers, etc.) for which the students mentioned were part of the design and development of a software solution Scalable and maintainable for the module pensioners that allows to manage the different concepts of treasury belonging to this payroll and individually to each person, including the management of survivors' pension (substitutes) that refers to the beneficiaries of each pensioner, who after fulfilling a Series of requirements, meet the requirements S to make part of the pension payroll when required and assigning a percentage of the pensioner's direct pension as established by law, was developed following the guidelines of the agile SCRUM methodology and resulting in a software application that Allow less time to build a payroll according to a specified period of time.
