The road system of a city is one of the most important factors in the economic, commercial and industrial development of a country, promoting local development and quality of life of its inhabitants. The lack of adequate transport infrastructure, the high growth of the fleet, the large number of signalized intersections and delay in delivery of road projects; reduce traffic carrying capacity, reduce the efficiency of mobility and slows the progress of the city as secreted spatially and socially. The two-level highway proposal aims to unite Sector 4 of the ring road to the sector 7.
