Abstract

Currently in Colombia in Sectorial Technical Standard NTS M04 "Methodology for valuation of machinery and equipment at market value", some general parameters are described for the valuation of machinery and equipment, however, there is no methodological guide for the valuation of real estate by destination or adhesion, which cannot be compared in the market, because they are designed under the characteristics of the property and based on it, in this methodological guide it is intended to show the methodology for the valuation of electrical substations as properties by destination, the Which are equipment designed and assembled according to the property and that give added value to it, however, it must be taken into account that all electrical substations have different values because their design is specific to the energy needs of Industrial warehouses .
