Resumen
From the academic coordination of sports administration, the welfare and good performance of students is ensured, so information services are provided, personalized attention, reception of special requests, among others, in order to provide answers and / or solutions as soon as possible; however, several of the processes carried out in academic coordination are collapsed by the number of students who submit requests, that is where the group of "STAFF AD" comes in, supporting the dissemination of information, collecting requests and optimizing the time between coordination and the student body.
Staff AD is composed of students by perform their internships and focus on different areas of the curricular project, currently there is a line of support in "Bienestar Virtual AD", documentation of high quality accreditation, directory of academic processes, agreement with the IDRD, integrated management system of sports administration, among others.
The delegation of certain functions and the contributions of the students who are part of the STAFF AD team, directly benefit academic coordination, allowing to manage several advances in the good development of the curricular project simultaneously to the operative functions for the students; this is why it is important to maintain a synergy in the team and in agreement with the coordination body, focusing the different aspects of the team in the constant improvement of the processes and the permanent feedback of results observed in front of each evaluation of the processes.
