Resumen
Inside the processes of teachers' formation they give themselves different relations that define them from different aspects but that in last articulate his occupation. Aspects like the pedagogy, the didactics, conceptual own elements of knows mathematician, normative speeches, etc. On having stopped in the latter, one has found that the procedure, laws, limits, between other elements of the regulation and structure of the formative processes, include inside his speeches the use of the word "critic " in different contexts and her articulating with many other words, without really he understands himself or handling adequately, in terms of what to teachers' integral development refers. On having realized the documentary analysis of such speeches, carried out to dividing from the investigation of the uses, meanings and papers that assign him to the word "critic" this, in order to understand what conceptual structure has such a word; one has thought that it can manage to be taken like polysemic and that it is assigned to characteristics of the teachers to forming, likewise it takes as an approach of thought that the teacher can adopt in his occupation depending on the cultural and social conditions of his students and on his couples. There was demonstrated also that, in spite of being indicated inside the speeches, often is not used or to be ignored, making him seem help more in the terms of reference and in the cases in those that it is used, there is not specified which is the meaning that.
