Resumen
The purpose of Public Entities, according to the constitutional provisions for the fulfillment of the essential purposes of the State, is to guarantee people their rights, attending to the needs, demands and social problems of citizens, under principles of integrity, transparency and quality of service. The Higher School of Public Administration- ESAP, is a public institution of a university nature, attached to the Administrative department of the public function, whose objective is training, education and development, from the context of research, teaching and university extension, of the values, capacities and knowledge inherent to the administration and management of the public. By virtue of the foregoing, the objective of this study, developed within the ESAP, is to determine the level of satisfaction of the participants of the training events, which under the virtual modality is carried out by the area of the Subdirectorate of High Government - SAG . Appropriating the frame of reference to direct, plan, execute, monitor, evaluate and control. That through the seven (7) dimensions that group the Management Policies and Institutional Performance, includes the Integrated Planning and Management Model - MIPG, to carry out the development of management in public entities within the framework of quality and integrity. After the contextualization of the legal and regulatory framework that frames the missionary work of the ESAP, the SAG, the Public Function sector, and the MIPG. The bases of dimension 4 of the MIPG, called “Evaluation of Results”, are appropriated to implement through the SERVIQUAL model, the evaluation of the Perception of the users participating in the training events in charge of the SAG, through the distribution of questionnaires on-line. And finally, propose, based on the results obtained, improvement actions to update the training process.
