Resumen
In the engineering of materials have presented different problems in industrial, economic and scientific level on the improvement of the properties of the materials, in particular the structural steels, since these contribute in a high percentage to the development of new and optimized designs, for Such reason has been wanted to study on the microconstituents and the transformation of the double phase steels that are created from a steel to the carbon. In order to analyze and evaluate this type of steel, the present project developed a microstructural study of SAE 1045 steel, subjected to tempering treatments, where the behavior of the material in its phase change from austenite to martensite was analyzed. Means of a finite element modeling using a programming language in ANSYS APDL, and comparing the results of this theoretical analysis with respect to metallographic tests and stress tests performed on specimens, in order to generate a micro modeling of a steel Double-phase low-cost model to analyze the behavior of a model established in ANSYS that works with the properties of perlite, ferrite and martensite, with experimental and theoretical stress-strain diagrams as a point of comparison.
