Resumen
In the educational field, mathematics is one of the areas that shows a high rate of loss by students, this due to its rigid nature, the lack of methodological innovation and the lack of knowledge of the quality and benefits that ICT can provide in the process of learning and teaching mathematics, as well as the lack of interest and training in them. Thus leading teachers to exclude the use of technological tools and resort to traditional teaching practices. A web portal was implemented where different technological tools were articulated (chat, forum, OVA repository, MOOC, collaborative learning platform and experience manager) that contribute to the strengthening of the teaching / learning processes of mathematics and that allow innovation traditional methods offered in education. The validation of the web portal and its technological tools was carried out under the technological acceptance model (TAM), which measures the level of satisfaction and acceptance of a new technology.
