Today, the industry demands efficient and precise solutions for its production systems, as there is a constant change and update of technology. In order to increase productivity and reduce human errors, as well as reduce maintenance costs and installation of sensors and human intervention, using artificial vision seems to be a great solution when classifying parts, with technological advances and current tools, images can be obtained and processed in order to identify parts. The project seeks to address current challenges in the industry, such as the need for automation and process optimization. The designed system is expected to allow for fast and accurate sorting of parts, reducing labor costs and minimizing errors associated with traditional sorting methods. For this reason, it is necessary to create a part classification system, in addition to allowing the monitoring of these, the system has artificial vision and can be monitored through a web application, reviewing the data of how many parts have been classified, what type of part is being classified, creating a local server where the information obtained from both the user and the parts that have been classified is stored. thus reducing human intervention in the process and improving the quality of production. This is expected to provide a comprehensive and efficient solution for parts sorting systems, for meet the needs of the industry, improving productivity, accuracy and quality of the end Products
