Formulación de un plan de negocios para la empresa de servicios ambientales integrales eco-planes

Abstract

The business plan for the integral environmental services company called ECO PLANES SAS wants to show the viability or not of the company, for this reason; a series of studies were carried out in order to highlight key aspects for the viability of the project. A series of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies were performed; those studies collected information from secondary sources. As a result of the business plan, it is evident that there is a huge demand for environmental services therefore the enterprise has a large action field. It is clear that there are lot of companies in the market, however, those companies do not supply the entire market, according to the study we can determine this is an ideal time for the company to lead to a better position in the market and in consequence be able to compete. In the private sector, the services are aimed at 402.528 enterprises; in the public one, 93 mayor’s offices will be covered, the field of action will be Bogota City and Cundinamarca department nevertheless if is necessary it will be expanded to the national level. The investment required to get started with the company’s activities is $34.740.000; the break-even point will be reached in the first year and the investment will be recovered by the end of the year.
