Resumen
The conflict has always been immersed in the society, it is naturalized and it is inherent to the social subjects in any context. At this point, the school is presented as a diverse space where thanks to the interaction between dialogues and goals, exists the possibility that inside it different typologies were embraced and linked to conflicts, in that sense eventually those situations ended altering the school's environment among students, teachers, directors, and employees. This pedagogical proposal is designed as an effective strategy for the conflict's treatment and reduction and it is mediated by Dialogic and intervention approaches. It will find an essential support in the cross-curricular pedagogical strategy the "cinema - forum"; because regarding its casual and exemplary nature in the society, it manages to strengthen the students skills of analysis, reflection, and criticism, those skills become evident when students address and resolve any conflicts that could be presented in and outside of school space.
