Abstract

This work presents the application of Lean Data Management and Business Intelligence to enhance decision-making in real estate management for a telecommunications company. Facing the growing complexity in managing an expansive number of properties and their corresponding data, a solution is proposed to optimize data collection and usage. The implemented methodology starts with a detailed assessment of informational needs and continues with the standardization and optimization of processes using technological tools from the Microsoft 365 corporate suite, culminating in the development of control dashboards that provide management with a clear and structured view of essential information. This approach not only improves operational efficiency but also enables professionals to focus on data analysis rather than repetitive operational tasks, thereby leveraging the potential of emerging technologies for more effective real estate management.
