Caracterización y análisis del proceso de conservación catastral por mutaciones que incidan en la información del componente económico, realizado en la UAECD – 2023

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the process of cadastral conservation in the city of Bogota, with a particular focus on cadastral mutations and their impact on economic information. Through an internship in an entity of great national prestige, it documents and analyzes in detail the processes, methodologies and operational flows that support this public service, as well as the implications of these procedures in the management of cadastral data. A qualitative approach and the hypothetico-deductive method are used at a correlational level, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, to identify and analyze the relationships between the most significant variables of the process. In addition, this descriptive analysis based on the experimental data obtained during the internship was carried out in order to understand the trends, behaviors and nature of the cadastral conservation process. The results of this study allow establishing key relationships that, in the future, will be a tool for the development of methodologies and work plans aimed at optimizing the process, with the objective of improving its efficiency and strengthening its capacity to manage economic information effectively in the city.
