Resumen
“Emotions are like the basic pillars on which almost all brain functions rest.” (cited by Bisquerra et al, 2012, p. 24). Teaching to distinguish and recognize emotions opens paths to subjects who are more skilled in life, since going to school or these care spaces are an important part for girls and boys; Well, this becomes the time shared and lived with the MCs, from their songs, their greeting rituals are ways in which signs of affection are manifested between all the people who inhabit the space with the girls and boys. Initially, the experiences presented in each Community Welfare Home (HCB) will be a first approach for girls and boys of exploration in order to learn to speak, move, play and develop their skills, since it is worth highlighting that, during the first years of life, the brains of girls and boys grow; “Scientists call it neuroplasticity and it means that the shaping of brain circuits during this period of growth depends, to a large extent, on the child's daily experiences.” (Goleman, 2009, p. 16) based on this, a significant value is recognized in the processes that are developed in each of the HCBs, since it is not only presenting and developing care and hygiene habits, but also adopting different forms in which skills are developed based on the guiding activities presented by the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF) in the support of each of the MCs.
