| dc.description | La elaboración de este trabajo propone la gestión de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la empresa COLMINERALES LTDA. El cual se desarrollará con la experiencia, historial y documentación técnica, para realizar un adecuado mantenimiento preventivo de esta forma se pretende prevenir fallas y paradas del sistema, teniendo máxima disponibilidad y eficiencia en las maquinas; con calidad en los productos y cumpliendo con los requerimientos de los clientes. Por medio de un software elaborado en Microsoft Excel, se llevará el control de todo lo relacionado con el sistema de molienda, el historial de funcionamiento, la descripción del material transformado, programa de mantenimiento, tareas preventivas a realizar, historial de mantenimiento, generación de indicadores e informes y algunas metodologías recomendadas en la industria como son análisis de modo de falla, Pareto, etc. | spa |
