Implementación de una pasantía en la Empresa Proquiaromas en el área de elaboración y fabricación de diferentes productos de aseo

Abstract

In the present report disclosed the results of the internship at the company Proquiaromas, which allowed to strengthen concepts such as preparing solutions, certificates of analysis of raw materials and products where physical and chemical parameters were taken into account to ensure they were fit for consumer use and taking into account the confidence they have placed in the company to continue generating products that have efficient and do not affect radically the health of the same concepts as the saponification was the basis of this internship because since there is understood from the chemical part soap production where the basis is an oil or fat in the case of Proquiaromas the sodium lauryl ether sulfate 28% and sodium hydroxide to generate soap and glycerin, however, Proquiaromas detergent are manufactured which also was investigated on surfactants main components of detergents this internship also allowed to obtain knowledge of industrial processes and the application of different raw materials in areas such as cosmetics and hygiene the human being, which in the future may bring to the classroom. Finally products such as liquid detergents for washing machine and dish detergent, as well as antibacterial soaps, degreasers, disinfectants, furniture polishes and were manufactured, acquiring extensive knowledge of its use and functions of the reagents generated.
