Abstract

The present project was based on the development of a manual of training and safety and health training in the workplace of the company Alkosto K-Tronix S.A., in order to reduce the inconsistencies that arise in this area in relation to the registration and verification of the information provided on the company's platform. In order to determine the degree of compliance with the activities of the occupational health and safety management system, indicators related to safety inspections, participation in courses or training, investigation of work accidents, incident reporting, work at heights and management were evaluated. documentary film. These indexes were obtained from the analysis and follow-up of documentary sources and interviews. For the development of the work, reference is made to decree 1072, by which occupational safety and health regulations are issued and from which everything related to the SST training process will be applied.
