Resumen
In this project an analysis was made on the feasibility of a business plan for the manufacture and marketing of physical resistance and sports implements, arising from the needs of exercising at home after the COVID 19 pandemic. A market study was conducted, where the feasibility of the project and the market niche were analyzed, for which several methodologies were used such as Porter's 5 Forces, the SWOT matrix and PEST, obtaining as a result a potential demand in Bogotá and its surroundings; on the other hand, the Canvas model was implemented, which allowed the analysis of the different pillars that provide sustainability to the project, obtaining the Target Market and a value proposition based on the accessibility and usability of the product catalog. Finally, a financial evaluation was carried out to establish whether the project was economically profitable, and a favorable result was obtained, generating profits from the first year of operation.
