Actualización documental del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 en Vidrio Andino S.A

Abstract

The present work intends to carry out the documentary design of the ISO9001: 2015 standard to achieve continuity in the certification of the quality management system of the company Vidrio Andino. Due to the fact that ISO 9001 in the 2008 version is only valid until September of this year, the company must make the transition if it wants to maintain the Quality Management System certification. The objective of ISO 9001: 2008 is to consolidate all the elements of quality management that the company must have in order to improve each of its processes, increasing customer satisfaction, achieve continuous improvement and have a system Quality management brings prestige to the company. With this standard the company has managed to generate clear and measurable objectives to organize the company in process with clear inputs and outputs controls the production process and improves each of the activities carried out by the company therefore maintaining certification is a fundamental goal of the company.
