The document presents the results and the diagnosis made in the company LAURA TATIS located in the city of Bogotá, which belongs to the food and bakery products sector, this company has two production lines dedicated to the preparation of cookies type powder and Liberals, in the diagnosis were identified problems such as: physical disorder of their work elements, lack of planning and inventory and lack of standardization in their productive processes; This causes the production system to be inefficient and present multiple inconsistencies. Therefore, a study of methods and work times was carried out for the manufacturing process of the product with the highest demand and in which higher priority problems are presented. (Cookies type dusty). It was also carried out with the objective of identifying possible bottlenecks, correcting existing deficiencies and those unnecessary operations within the process. As a result of the study of times, a standard time (TS) of 2.66 hours was obtained for the elaboration of 1 dome per 60 units of powder-type cookie.
