Abstract

Signaling M & G was created in 1982 by Santiago Manrique Santamaría, who with his love of architecture and business cunning has made his company grow more and more, becoming a recognized company in the area of ​​signage for everything type of environments. However, this organization does not have a standard that can endorse the quality standards of its products and services, preventing it from competing in fields where it is necessary to have each of its processes regulated and certified in order to give its clients greater confidence. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a management system for the implementation of ISO 9001 version 2015 for the company M & G, since there is currently no process that allows certification in the company. The accomplishment of this project of degree will allow to generate the guidelines so that the company fulfills the parameters required for a certification in the quality of its products and services.
