Elaboración y propuesta de implementación del Plan Escolar de Gestión de Riesgos y Cambio Climático en el jardín infantil Winne Pooh.

Abstract

Based on the document “Guidelines for the elaboration of the Scholar Plan for Risk Management and Climate Change PEGR - CC”, the Scholar Plan for Risk Management and Climate Change (PEGR - CC) has been elaborated for the “Winnie Pooh” kindergarten of the locality of Ciudad Bolívar, with the purpose to make it available to the citizens in case that it was necessary to obtain certification by the District Institute for Risk Management and Climate Change (IDIGER). During the development of each module of the guide, was determined that the level of risk is "medium" for the garden, the execution of kitchen duties are considered the most threatening to prioritize, activities are proposed against the adaptation of climate change through techniques such as waste reduction at source, and also is evaluated the ability to react to the handling of emerging situations by generating emergency plans and identifying resources.
