Abstract

Based on the need to control a large project such as the Bogotá metro, a study was carried out on the audit mechanisms exercised by the Bogotá comptroller's office in the development of this project, specifically in the cadastral aspects related to the construction process. property acquisition and the management of cadastral information, this in order to develop optimization and give greater scope in the review processes, making the audit processes more efficient and in turn being able to establish solutions related to the processing of the cadastral and legal information carried carried out at a general level in any large-scale work that is to be carried out in the city of Bogotá. This was based on the development of a spatial database and the development of reference assessments, mechanisms with which some of the processes carried out by the Bogotá metro company were thoroughly studied and with which it was possible to accurately exercise the due control in the property acquisition processes to guarantee that the state funds allocated to this work are fair and are directed to the corresponding owners and to also be able to determine the verification of surpluses in expenses. Finally, it was observed that the development of these mechanisms from an academic perspective allowed the in-depth development of research on the cadastral processes carried out in the Bogotá metro project, and a more in-depth analysis of the spatial information was carried out. related to large-scale works and the control processes that must be carried out on them for their correct development.
