Abstract

The purpose of the monograph is to carry out an orientation guide document in which to identify and solve the various types of environmental impacts generated in the pre-construction stage of a road project, as well as to carry out an initial diagnosis and recommendations where they are evaluated. the different environmental aspects related to the generation of solid waste, emissions of particulate matter, contribution of sediments to water sources, the generation of noise, vibrations, gas emissions, movements of large volumes of soil and effects on ecosystems. Additionally, offer a tool to provide a change at the environmental level in the way road infrastructure projects are developed, thus seeking to promulgate and select the general guidelines for the implementation of environmental management as a sustainable strategy in road infrastructure works.
