Resumen
Modern societies force people to comply with some professionals and communication stereotypes, specifically in this case it is learning from the current universal language (English), sometimes for people this is not compulsory but is It becomes necessary to have greater access to the proposed goals or make your life more comfortable from different aspects. This also can be emphasized in countries with fewer resources, which for the study population is largely a sacrifice in the hope of improving the quality of life, at this point we can analyze that when there is poor, even having a teacher takes a lot of time to master a new language, it is in these cases where you see the great utility of the interactive virtual tools because they provide a nice opportunity to study for almost all users. In that vein herein describes a current problem focused on a child population, based on this technological solution, which involves the implementation of a new tool for studying the second language is proposed. Later analysis, design, development and implementation through a methodology of educational software development is described.
