Presentación De Propuesta Del Procedimiento Para El Fondo De Solidaridad Para Subsidios Y Redistribución De Ingreso FSSRI Integrando El Software SISEG (Sistema De Información De Subsidios De Energía Y Gas)

Abstract

In this document we can find the development of the work of internship about the integration of the main functions of the Energy and Gas Subsidies Information System-SISEG software to the Solidarity Fund for Subsidies and Redistribution of Income FSSRI, because it is a special account fund that allows to administer and distribute the allocated resources of the National Budget, destined to cover the subsidies of the public electric utility service to the users of lower income. Considering that this system is new, it is necessary to present a new procedure that allows to consolidate and validate the information of subsidies and contributions of the electric sector because said information was presented duly certified and printed in electronic files in Excel so that the professional of the Management in charge of the company can upload them to an Access database and validate this information, and with the integration of the new application some activities disappear, changing in this way the current procedure. The main changes that the procedure had in each subprocess are presented from the analysis and evaluation of the functionalities provided by the SISEG application and the advantages offered by the implementation of such functionalities to the procedure, the final recommendations are presented, such as the performance of tests that integrate as much real data as possible based on the proposed procedure and in addition to this perform the procedure for non-interconnected areas because at the time of performing the internship the application does not have these functions as it is in development.
