Resumen
This degree project describes the development of a software project based on Artificial Intelligence for the retail sector or retail store, specifically service station stores. This project consists of knowing the buying habits and behaviors of consumers, in order to provide a better user experience, offering them the products and services that best suit them. It also allows these types of stores to carry out a marketing and logistics analysis to discover purchasing patterns or relationships between their products, and thus increase the number of sales. To achieve this, a control panel is developed where the association of the point of sale information with each user profile obtained through Artificial Intelligence models is shown. This project is carried out for the company Inversiones Gutiérrez y García, which was founded 35 years ago and has more than 13 years of experience in the telecommunications, technology and innovation sector. Some of the services and solutions it offers are Big Data, neural networks, IoT device integration, artificial vision, biometrics, business intelligence, software development based on Artificial Intelligence, among others.
