Resumen
This document contents the final report of an internship developed into the frame of the project “Hegemonía y alternativas en las políticas educativas para la infancia en Colombia: sujetos, discursos y practices, 1982 – 2015” elaborated by the research group INFANCIAS, managed by the teachers Cecilia Rincón Verdugo and Ana Virginia Triviño R. whose main purpose sought to unveil meaning, sense, transformations and effects of childhood public policies understood like a promoted reform by the “constitución política de 1991” and the “Ley de educación 115” which have been shaped in the tension between the hegemonic proposals and the alternative constructions lead by different social, academic and political groups. To that end, this proposal pursues to describe the ideas, concepts and practices which originated the educational reform for the Colombian childhood, moreover it seeks to identify the subjects who promoted and participated in the construction of the childhood reforms in the period from 1982 to 1994 and establish the impact of their initial education proposals and ideas. The project assumes a qualitative methodology and an interpretative historical focus that permitted the documentary analysis along with the composition of an investigation corpus in order to give an account of the subjects, practices and discourses’ influence in the construction of hegemonic or alternative proposals oriented towards the early childhood.
