Resumen
There are several fundamental aspects within the transformation of the field that the Integral Rural Reform contemplated in the Peace Agreements for the post-conflict in Colombia, the main one is the implementation of a Multipurpose Cadastre, which hopes to play a fundamental role for land administration, the planning and management of lands, which would bring benefits in various aspects because it would facilitate the implementation of policies and, regulations in the national territory. Currently in Colombia there is a high level of cadastral outdating precisely because of the armed conflict and the illicit economies that prevent the National Government from having a presence in the most affected areas, this has direct consequences because the amount of land with even known that the country has, so that measures cannot be taken to better plan the territory. In this sense it is necessary to ask what is needed in the current cadastral model with respect to the multipurpose cadastre model that is to be implemented. For in this way find the best and most complete way to do it in order to contribute to each of the components and for the present case the physical component thereof.
