Abstract

Presents the design and implementation of a global portal for the integral management of virtual stores, aimed at providing Colombian entrepreneurs and administrators with a technological tool to optimize their e-commerce operations. The solution includes two applications: an administrative platform for product, sales, inventory, and customer management, and a client platform for product browsing, secure online purchases, and payment integration. The system was developed using Angular for the frontend and Firebase as the cloud-based backend, leveraging services such as Firestore, Authentication, Hosting, and Storage to ensure scalability, security, and usability. The results demonstrate the technical feasibility and practical relevance of applying cloud-based telematics solutions to strengthen the Colombian e-commerce ecosystem. The prototype provides an affordable and efficient alternative for small and medium businesses, facilitating digital transformation, improving customer experience, and enhancing competitiveness in the online market.
