Fortalecimiento del liderazgo indígena por medio de la estrategia de socialización y multiplicación de la Escuela de Formación Política para los Pueblos Indígenas de la Amazonia Colombiana, OPIAC

Abstract

The following academic internship report aims to show the navigation route that was followed in the participation and construction of training processes for indigenous leadership thanks to the Political Training School for Indigenous Peoples of the Colombian Amazon of the OPIAC in the line of territory and biodiversity. Likewise, it develops the work carried out in the Socialization and Multiplication Strategy in which the central axis is the manifestation of the acquired knowledge and the lived experiences of the indigenous students in the School towards their territories, communities, and / or organizations. Finally, this report contains an analytical essay where the experiences of the students are addressed and how they present a process of strengthening ethical-political skills for the exercise of Amazonian indigenous leadership within the framework of the possibilities allowed by the Strategy, of Likewise, the essay reflects in a final conclusion the influence and value of critical interculturality and the "ethics of the word" in the educational work of research teachers in training of the Bachelor's Degree in Basic Education with an Emphasis on Humanities and Spanish Language .
