Abstract

The main objective of this project is to carry out a pre-feasibility study for the improvement of the production process of electrical panels in medium and low voltage, through the proposal of a technology for the production area of ​​Montajes Savart S.A.S, for this They will analyze the variables that intervene in the production process within the company, with the In order to demonstrate the lack of capacity of current resources, which generates a non-compliance with delivery times, delays in the course of the process, reprocessing due to quality, among other aspects. The aspects to take into account will be the time that the manufacture of parts for the assembly of electrical panels, the size of the parts, the production capacity of the current area, the quality of the finish, the security within the area production for employees, waste and process related costs.
