Resumen
The protocols for attending gender-based violence in higher education institutions have been created and modified for at least four years in Colombia, in response to a growing concern about discriminatory and violent actions within public and private universities, so that is important to analyze its genesis, evolution and implementation in the framework of institutional actions for the elimination of VBG in University context. Reason for which the 67 Universities with high quality accreditation in Colombia were analyzed, in search of determining if they had a protocol or care route in cases of sexual violence or gender-based violence, for later take a sample of 20 universities, starting from a matrix-type analysis in order to highlight elements that could provide tools to the process of modifying the gender protocol at the District University, within the framework of the internship in the line of Human Rights and Gender Equity of IPAZUD.
