Modernización del sistema de iluminación en conjuntos residenciales en Bogotá-Colombia

Abstract

The high-energy consumption has become a worldwide problem, and it’s one of the main causes of the biggest world troubles like: Global Warming, low efficiency at the industries, rise of the hazardous waste among others. There are many ways of solving the problem of the low energy efficiency; the one that was chosen in this project was the modernization of the illumination system at the tertiary sector of Colombia. For the implementation of this solution, it was developed the pre inversion study of a company that had the capacity to develop the already mentioned modernization; in order to this it was verified that this company was viable in the commercial, technical, structural, legal, environmental and financial areas, and the final result was they were all viable, and that led to the final conclusion that the company was viable.
