Propuesta de implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Activos en planta de producción de acero figurado bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 55001

Abstract

A proposal for the implementation of an asset management system according to the guidelines of NTC ISO 55001 is presented, the development of this, seeks to be applicable to the real context of the Colombian industry's manufacturing sector; thus giving an approach to the asset management system on the maintenance area and the physical assets that are intervened in a figurative steel production plant. The equipment that will be worked on will not be treated as financial service elements within a company, so they will be presented as a set of assets to which correct risk management and effective improvements in maintenance interventions can be applied, to minimize the REX (extraordinary repairs). This is how, after analyzing documentally and in person the way in which the assets are being intervened in the aforementioned production plant, a proposal for improvement is proposed, introducing new concepts, policies and objectives that will not only allow the development of the management of the industrial assets individually, but it will be done within a system that allows to positively impact the performance and productive efficiency of the steel industry figured.
