Guía metodológica para la elaboración de un mapa de riesgo durante el transporte terrestre de hidrocarburos en el corredor vial de la antigua Vía Villavicencio-Guayabetal

Abstract

In the present work the documentation of a methodological guide for the elaboration of a risk map during the terrestrial transport of hydrocarbons by tank cars, based on resolution 1209 of 2018, specifically complying with the provisions of section 4.2.4.3., which consists of the characterization and diagnosis of the routes of ground transportation. It was carried out starting from the collection of secondary information on the possible impacts that a hydrocarbon spill can cause to all the vulnerable elements such as simple drainage, double drainage, constructions, soil permeability, geological units and forest reserves. Subsequently, a multicriteria evaluation is carried out using the Pairwise method, where weights are assigned to each variable depending on their level of affectation, using the Saaty measurement scale established for the allocation of value judgments. Next, the respective threat and vulnerability maps are made to finally obtain the risk map by implementing a Model Builder model of the ArcGis software, on which the methodological guide is oriented
