Análisis topográfico para el diseño de las obras de restauración ambiental del complejo Laguna Salada (Laguna Salada y los humedales Boca grande, la Esperanza y Mano de Dios). Riohacha – La Guajira

Abstract

In the municipality of Riohacha, capital of the department of La Guajira, there are discharges from urban conglomerates that contaminate four wetlands (Laguna Salada, Boca Grande, La Esperanza and Mano de Dios). This work (carried out in May 2019) focuses on the preparation of photogrammetric, topographic and hydro topographic surveys in order to carry out baseline studies of the physical environment, hydrology and the built environment, for the design of the works. environmental restoration of this surface water complex, following the guidelines and regulations of the Ministry of the Environment. The technical procedures in this document describe the topographic, hydro topographic and photogrammetric surveys and include: the demarcation of ground control points (GCP) on the ground, the determination of precise coordinates for these points by means of differential static surveys tied to the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), the capture of aerial photographs using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) as a platform and the photogrammetric processing of images to obtain the Digital Surface Model (DSM) and later the ortho image of the work area, in addition to tracing traverses and detail radiation using digital total stations
