Resumen
The main objective of this project is to propose a strategy for the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) for ASESOFTWARE, a company dedicated to software development in Colombia, where it has been evidenced through its indicators, a problem in the project management that has been causing significant losses, leading the company to have a bad reputation with customers and ceasing to be competitive in the market. With this proposal, it is expected to improve organizational processes, since it has been shown that the implementation of these offices tends to control and reduce operational failures such as lack of control in project planning, negative profitability in projects, control projects that are out of time and budget, and overload on project managers.
