Resumen
This research establishes a view from the field of education communication to the understanding of discursive forms in digital ecosystems to mobilize learning processes with the purpose of understanding the distinctive features of an organization to structure a digital learning narrative that facilitates the transfer of knowledge and skills. In this way, I was analyzed and established a dialogue between three conceptual currents that influence the understanding of this text and are; the theories that have been conceived from communication education and an approach to how they manifest themselves in the organization; the theories that have developed the concept of digital culture where some relational logics appear in digital ecosystems; and finally the theories that have developed the concept of transmedia narratives and that currently have an important influence on education.
